Mezzanine financing can help businesses fund the expansion of their business by pricing debt capital that gives our investor partner the right to convert to an equity interest in the company if the loan is not repaid in accordance with its terms.  The financing structure may be created for several purposes: growth capital, management buyouts, recapitalizations, shareholder dividends, or strategic acquisitions.

We seek partners that have a proven track record, an established reputation, and a history of profitability.  With loan amounts up to $500 million, we also may be able to finance upcoming loan maturities that are upside down, which is a challenge to refinance with traditional lenders.
